Anand Rathi Partner

Anand is a Science Graduate and completed his MBA from Welingkar Institute in 2009. Before Starting his Entrepreneurial Journey as Management consultant, he has worked with Public Sector Banks, Private Banks, MNC Banks & Non Banking Financial Company for more than 10 years.

His focus has always been on Process Simplification and Automation.

Currently Anand looks into strategic aspects of HrFin and also leads the team involved in the Management Consulting division which includes HR Consulting & Fund Raising for Businesses.

Amol Shah Partner

Amol is a Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and has completed his MBA from SIES College of Management Studies in 2009. Before Joining VSA Group in 2013, he worked with HDFC Bank for 4 years handling the most profitable customers of the bank.

With his background in engineering, business management and relationship management, Amol is an instrumental part of our technology-driven HR and Finance services. His focus areas include Labour Law Compliance, HR Operations, Partnerships, Alliances, HR Technology and Training & Development.
